FAQ's

Q). How long does the application process take?

A). This is a 5 step process parents must complete prior to enrolling in a classroom. Timelines may vary per family. We have found that the quicker the family can reply to email communications and provide all documentation requested, the quicker the process can be ranging from just a couple of days to 2 or even 3 weeks.

Q). I can’t log in to my application after creating it.

A). Please ensure that you have completed the verification email that was sent to the email address you used to create the application. If you have verified your email and you are not able to login, please reset your password. If neither of these have worked for you please contact us at (661) 723-0351.

Q). How do I know what else is needed for my application?

A). After you submit your application, a case manager will review your documentation and reach back out to you either to move forward or if there is anything missing via our noreply@hubbe. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOREPLY, it does not go to your case manager directly. Instead, if you have any inquiries, please email eceregistration@lancsd.org

Q). Why do we need the birth certificates of the siblings that are under 18 years of age if they are not enrolling?

A). We request birth certificates for all siblings under the age of 18 to verify family size per CA state guidelines in order to qualify you for the program.

Q). If I do not have a current physical for my student can I move forward in the process?

A). Without a physical the student’s enrollment process may be delayed since our team of nurses need to verify if the student requires any special accommodations (i.e: food allergies). You may attach an appointment confirmation in lieu of a physical, but know that the student will need a completed physical prior to their placement in a classroom.

Q). What happens if the school that I want is not available?

A). We provide different options for parents who, unfortunately, were not able to be placed at their desired school site. If none of the options presented to you at the time are of your interest, we may also place your student on a waitlist for a specific school site.
